EVENT Registration:
Event participant is required to register for the event online with BRC Magic Services. Online registration accepts all valid credit cards. Additional information may be required to verify the legal card holder. Electronic Signature is required. Participants waive any charge back rights. Tender of payment to BRC Magic Services. constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Price for this transformational Conference, October 6-7, 2020 (Tuesday-Wednesday):
IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants staying off property (not at the Sheraton) are subject to $100.00 event fee per person per day ($200.00). Fee will be added to event registration. In order to offer all participants low registration rates, the hotel is guaranteed a percentage of room nights to be booked by our group. The guarantee provides the event a lower venue fee hence the rates for the conference not increasing. Participants who wish to stay off site may do so with offsite fee.

Full Price $444.00 USD (after June 1st, 2020)
Note: Discounted price is $300.00 for confirmed Graduates of Biological Decoding with Enrique Bouron, Dental Decoding with Dr Brotos or BioReprogramming Basics with Isabelle.
- Every day is 12:00/noon – 7:30 PM program including breaks.
- Check-in on Wednesday the first day of the retreat from 10:00 AM.
- Program includes sessions, presentations, panels and Q&As with the speakers.
- Hourly schedule is only finalized closer to retreat date and given on the first day of the event.
- No part of the program overlaps another. You can participate in the entire program.
- All seats are First Come First Basis only.
- These are live in-person events only. None is broadcast on-line.
- Airfare, transportation, accommodation, extra meals and services are NOT included in the price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – The right to a refund if a Participant changes plans is limited. All requests must be in writing and sent via email to info@brcmagic.com, with subject ‘Refund Mind Body Science 2020’. BRC Event Management Services LLC is the pre event and onsite manager. Event Manager will remit any refund to the Participant(s) within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation request.
As soon as the event registration is processed, the following cancellation fees apply:
46 days or more prior to event – 25% of the registration fee per person.
45-30 days prior to event – 50% of the registration fee per person.
29-0 days prior to event – non refundable.
Note: There are no refunds outside the refund policy for the event. If a speaker listed on the schedule is unable to attend due to an Act of God, we will do everything in our power to find a replacement for that speaker.
